West Oaks Farm & Market’s first year for their very own Rocky Mountain Oyster Festival! (If you do not know what Rocky Mountain Oysters are, we suggest you ask Google!) This will be a fun new niche festival featuring fried rocky mountain oysters, a mechanical bull, live longhorn bulls for viewing, live music, and other fun activities. This is going to be a fun one for sure, and certainly something you are going to want to tell your friends about.
